Synaxon, the leading IT channel dealer group, has announced an alliance with publisher Incisive Media that enables Synaxon members to attend CRN Reseller Business Academy sessions at a discounted rate.

The agreement enables Synaxon partners to get almost a third off the price of the training courses and workshops, which normally cost £349 per person. The CRN Reseller Business Academy offers courses specific to the needs of resellers whilst also providing the opportunity for them to share experiences and learn through interaction with their peer group.
Courses being run in the near future include one-day workshops on Sales Management, Marketing Fundamentals, and Negotiating Skills, and a new course on Sales Presentation that aims to help resellers develop more effective sales techniques. The agreement with Incisive Media is another example, he notes, of how Synaxon is continuing to find new and innovative ways of adding value for its members. This can be fully integrated with the dealer’s own back-office systems to provide live availability, pricing and automated ordering through the dealer’s own website.

All these tools and resources enables resellers and dealers to maximise their sales opportunities, ensure the best prices and terms and conditions from suppliers, streamline their buying processes, reduce their costs and boost their profitability.
